Interesting, personal & enjoyable. I would envy you a lot, but we recently returned home from Portugal & Spain. Thank you, Diane.
How lucky to meet you today at the Italian Romana Bean stall at the Alamitos Bay Marina Market! I am thoroughly enjoying your blog and taking many notes on your tips for enjoying Florence in anticipation of my trip this fall. I look forward to you posting about “Donatello, Il Rinascimento” at the Strozzi! I only wish I could see it. Cordiali saluti, Jean
Thank you Jean for your comments. Isn’t fun to serendipitously meet someone who shares your interests! I usually try & post only when in Florence however at times, as in the height of COVID, I did post from here in California.
I have just learned that the Donatello exhibit is scheduled to end on July 31. I’m hoping it is extended as our arrival in Florence is scheduled for mid September. We can hope!
Best Regards,
Diane
